Marketing Appointment

  2. I’ll send you a confirmation email with a Property Information Questionnaire for you to complete and return with any certificates and guarantees you may have for the property.
  3. At the appointment, firstly we’ll confirm whether you’re looking to ideally achieve the most amount of money, a quick sale or a bit of both.
  4. Based on your requirements we can agree the marketing price with either Asking Price, Guide Price or Offers In Excess Of
  5. We’ll agree the average views we’re looking to achieve, on Rightmove
  6. We’ll agree the Click-Through-Rate we’re looking to achieve on Zoopla
  7. We’ll agree dates, times and frequencies of your Vendor Update Meetings
  8. We’ll create a WhatsApp group with all interested parties to ensure on-going communication is to the highest standards
  9. Depending on the circumstances, I can assist with giving notice with your current agent.
  10. We’ll agree on the ‘Go-Live’ date
  11. We’ll agree the design for your ‘New Listing’ leaflet.
  12. We’ll agree on bespoke marketing assets
  13. We’ll agree on viewing arrangements
  14. If you’re looking to buy on, we can finalise the type, price, location etc, of your onward purchase and I’ll set up a Rightmove map and notifications for you.
  15. We’ll book a day and time for the photography and videography and arrange keys (where appropriate).
  16. I’ll provide you with guidance on Home-Staging

At this point, your property will be ‘Live’ on the market.
